Design Museum Academy Children's Workshop

Design Camp: Digital 3D Character Design for 8 to 11 year olds

A workshop to spark your digital creativity and master the realm of 3D character design and digital sculpting – an ideal platform for emerging 3D artists and game enthusiasts.

What to expect

In this introductory interactive workshop, participants will be guided through the process of creating their own 3D characters from scratch. From conceptualisation to digital rendering, they will delve into design principles, digital sculpting techniques, texture application, and more.

They will work on their 3D character models and share their creations for feedback. This course combines guided instruction with individual creative exploration and collaborative brainstorming.

Please note that this workshop is ideal for beginners, and may not suit those who are super skilled in using the software.
