Please note:
• On Thursday 10 October, the museum will close earlier at 15:30.
• On Friday 18 October, the museum will close earlier at 17:00.
• The museum accepts digital/card payments only, including ticket desk, shops and cafes.
• Barbie: The Exhibition is very popular. We strongly recommend booking tickets in advance to avoid disappointment on the day. Don't forget that Members can visit at any time.
• Please note, some of our toilets are currently undergoing maintenance. Toilet facilities remain available on Level 2, which can be reached by lift or stairs. We also have accessible WCs on the Ground Floor and on Level -2.

Some ticketed exhibitions will remain open later on weekends – please check individual exhibition pages for details.
Closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

PURCHASING TICKETS
Pre-booking is recommended for paid exhibitions. You can buy tickets in advance through our booking portal here. You can also buy tickets at the museum, subject to availability.

FREE DISPLAYS
Our permanent collection and temporary free displays do not require a ticket. The museum's collection display Designer Maker User is open daily until 17:00. The gallery starts closing at 16:45.

STORAGE
Lockers are available on Level -1. These are subject to availability and cost £1 (coin, non-refundable). Each £1 donation supports the museum's programme. £1 tokens can be purchased at the museum shop using mobile or card payment.
