Get an exciting introduction to virtual reality and 3D experiences in this 3-hour hands-on making workshop for families.

What to expect

Inspired by the Beazely Designs of the Year exhibition, this workshop will provide budding designers with an exciting introduction to virtual reality and unforgettable 3D experiences through product design.

Customise wearable cardboard headsets before designing and making your own physical interactive worlds and games. Get a taste of creative thinking, material experimentation, and hands on making to create your own virtual world. At the end of the day you will take away your headsets and models with the skills to continue designing and making new immersive experiences at home.

Rafael El Baz

Rafael El Baz is a multidisciplinary product designer with professional experience spanning the creative industry. He is currently studying at the Royal College of Art, London.
