10:00 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday (last food orders at 16:15)

Please note:
the Design Cafe on Level G is temporarily closed whilst we work behind the scenes to refurbish our retail and cafe spaces. As part of our Transformation 2029 plan, we’re changing some of our spaces as we journey towards our 40th birthday. We’re looking forward to sharing the improvements with you.
the Design Kitchen remains open on Level 2, offering cold & hot drinks and a delicious summer menu.

In need of refreshment and relaxation? Get inspired by the beautifully curated interior and surround yourself with floor-to-ceiling views overlooking the greenery of Holland Park. Designed by Matthew Williamson, this lounge-style space is the perfect place to recharge, reflect on your visit or spend time with friends and family.
With a variety of light bites, salads, sandwiches and more, there is something to suit every mood. You can also treat yourself to a glass of premium English Sparkling Wine from the Design Museum’s exclusive partner, Nyetimber, or choose from our wide range of hot drinks, soft drinks, wines and beers.
