Created by London-based designer and artist Marcin Rusak, Flora Table is made with real flowers submerged in resin. Rusak developed a method where flowers can be placed in resin which, once dry, can be cut into various shapes to show the petals inside. He began researching the potential use of flowers in product design two years ago, thinking of ways to incorporate ‘flora’ into physical objects.
