Sufferhead Original Stout

An African-inspired stout that has taken over the German market.

Sufferhead Original, is a smart combination of micro-brewing, product design and artistic social practice. The project was inspired by the artist’s own position as an immigrant in Germany. The name ‘Sufferhead’ derives from the 1981 track by Fela Kuti, ‘Original Suffer Head’, in which Fela sings about the deplorable political and economic situation in Nigeria at that time.
