Mrs Fan’s Plug-In House

A prefabricated urban solution originally developed as an alternative regenerative approach for the city’s historic hutong districts. It tackles issues of architectural preservation and infrastructural upgrading. The price of real estate in central Beijing makes owning a house difficult for many. However, the Plugin House costs 30 times less than a typical apartment.
