Architectural Yoga
Combine the architecture of the Design Museum with a fifty minute yoga session.
The design of an environment can inspire us to be greater: to invent, to learn more, to love more. In this fifty minute vinyasa flow yoga session participants will be guided through a sequence of yoga postures that explore the architecture and experience of the Design Museum.
Led by yoga instructor and design educator Chi Onoura, the session shall explore how yoga can help us to understand the spaces we inhabit, harnessing this as a tool for positive change.
Architectural yoga sessions will run three times over the course of the day. All levels welcome, and no prior experience of yoga is required. Yoga mats will be provided, however participants can also bring their own if preferred.
