Design Futures
Developed through a project led by Will Knight with the MA Curating Contemporary Design at Kingston University in partnership with the Design Museum, 100% Design, as part of their 20 year anniversary, have commissioned a programme of talks and workshops that explore the next two decades of creative practice.
Investigating what the future might hold for design, this series of curated events presents the students pick of young designers, exploring daily themes: How Data Could Drive the Design of New Interior Spaces, How Social Networking Can Transform Architecture, and How Rethinking Materials Will Reshape the Products of the Future. Through daily talks, workshops and networking events, Design Futures will speculate about the future of design, showcasing their selected emerging designers.

Design Futures: How Data Could Drive the Design of New Interior Spaces. A new generation of designers are processing and interpreting data to ask questions around the use of space and the realities of how we live. These talks will question forward-looking practice within interior spaces.
