Design Museum

As I’m at the helm of a fashion brand, I am not constrained in how I dress by the industry in which I work. I like to be dressed professionally but also not too severely. I like to mix and match and combine things in an original way.

Megha Mittal

Does fashion empower you? What outfit would most empower you and why?

Design Museum

I think empowerment is more a state of mind. But yes, fashion can enhance and empower.

Megha Mittal

What does fashion in the future need to do to help women / to empower them?

Design Museum

We need to feel inspired to tap into our own empowerment. Fashion can enhance our empowerment, but it should not be responsible for it. Women should feel confident in themselves, and embrace their femininity. Fashion allows women to express themselves.
