As a charity, your purchase provides crucial support for our programme, helping the museum to nurture a world where design enables our planet and its inhabitants to thrive.

PLEASE NOTE:
• Fees cover one year of Membership.
• Membership Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed to purchase Memberships products.
• Membership Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed against the level of Membership they were purchased for - we are unable to offer a 'pay the difference' option if the recipient would like a different tier.

1. Choose your desired membership level and complete the mandatory fields. You can also add a personal message to share with the lucky recipient.

2. After purchase, you will receive an email confirmation while the gift recipient will instantly be sent an email with the Gift Voucher inside.

3. The recipient can then use the voucher to buy the Membership within one year from the date of your purchase.

You can redeem a membership gift voucher against the price of a membership on our website within a year of receiving your unique voucher code.

Your membership starts from the day you purchase a membership using your voucher code, rather than from the date the voucher was bought.

1. Check which level of membership you have been gifted - this will be visible at the top of your email with your voucher code.
   
   
2. Add the Membership level to your basket and copy-paste your voucher code in the 'Use a Voucher Code' bar in your basket at checkout. Please make sure that you are not adding the 'Direct Debit' option, as vouchers cannot be used against this payment type.
   
   
3. Once you redeem your voucher code, your payment amount will revert to £0.00. You can then complete the sign up process.
   
   
4. You will immediately receive your digital membership card, which you can use to enter exhibitions and utilise all your benefits.
