How to redeem a Membership Gift Voucher
You can redeem a membership gift voucher against the price of a membership on our website.
Your membership starts from the day you purchase a membership using your voucher code, rather than from the date the voucher was bought.
- Check which level of membership you have been gifted - this will be visible at the top of your email with your voucher code.
- Add the Membership level to your basket and copy-paste your voucher code in the 'Use a Voucher Code' bar in your basket at checkout. Please make sure that you are not adding the 'Direct Debit' option, as vouchers cannot be used against this payment type.
- Once you redeem your voucher code, your payment amount will revert to £0.00. You can then complete the sign up process.
- You will immediately receive your digital membership card, which you can use to enter exhibitions and utilise all your benefits.
