Drawing and Storytelling for 8 to 11 year olds

Combining observational drawing with zine-making, and inspired by film director Wes Anderson’s visual storytelling, children will learn how to capture details through live sketching and build a visual narrative on a zine or concertina book.

Paper Sculpture for 11 to 14 year olds

Young people will discover the art and design of paper sculpture, inspired by the Lunar New Year.

Children will discover the art and design of paper sculpture, inspired by the Lunar New Year.

Patch and Badge Making for 11 to 14 year olds

Young people will learn to design and make patches and badges to apply to upcycled fabrics using heat-transfer inks and metallic foils.

Sustainable Prop Making for 11 to 14 year olds

Young people will learn the basics of prop making with sustainable materials, inspired by film director Wes Anderson’s use of stylised objects as a key element in storytelling.

Stop Motion with Clay for 8 to 11 year olds

Inspired by the fascinating stop motion films of director Wes Anderson, children will create characters, shape clay models, and animate their own stories.
