Learn how to make electronic instruments in this one day workshop.

What to expect

Gain an understanding of the practices and technologies behind electronic music in this musical hardware workshop.

A brief introduction to electronics theory is followed by some hands-on circuit prototyping and experimentation. Learn about component types and functions, reading schematics, breadboard prototyping, synthesiser building blocks and functionality, before building a prototype synthesiser to take home at the end of the day.

This workshop is suitable for beginners. All materials for the workshop are provided and can be kept by participants for further experiments.
