The Design Museum is an independent charity devoted to raising understanding of today's designed world, which surrounds and affects everyone.
Visit the spectacular new location on Kensington High Street, get an introduction to design in Designer Maker User and support the museum by visiting one of the temporary exhibitions or its specially-curated shops.

Design is a continually evolving subject - visit the museum to be inspired and informed by the exhibitions.
The building is free to enter and the permanent display, Designer Maker User is free. If you enjoy it, you can support the museum by leaving a small donation or visiting one of the shops.
The closest underground stations include High Street Kensington, Earl's Court and Holland Park plus Kensington/Olympia overground station.
Open every day (excluding Christmas Day and Boxing Day) from 10:00 to 18:00 – last entry 17:00.

The Design Museum wants to inspire the next generation of creative thinkers and designers through regular events and activities aimed at children aged 5-11 years.
