HEAD OF VISITOR EXPERIENCE
The Design’s Museum’s mission is to create the most inspiring, exciting and engaging museum in the world. The Head of Visitor Experience will play a key role in the delivery of this mission at the museum’s current premises in Shad Thames and when it relocates to exciting new premises in High Street Kensington in 2015. A key focus for the Head of Visitor Experience will be to deliver an enriched visitor experience from the moment they enter the museum until the time they leave.

ASSISTANT VISITOR EXPERIENCE MANAGER
The Assistant Visitor Experience Manager is responsible for ensuring the day to day operation of the admissions and gallery areas of the museum. They proactively respond to security, customer care, staffing and building needs of the museum in these areas. They are responsible for ensuring that there is a Duty Manager assigned to respond to any incident on all open days.

Department: Commercial and Operations
Contract: Permanent, part-time, 16 hours per week
Responsible for: Supervision of the Front of House and Gallery Staff

CASUAL FRONT OF HOUSE ASSISTANT
Casual Front-of-house assistants are the face of the museum, welcoming visitors, clients, guests and colleagues. The work you will be performing is vital to the museum and its growth, as well as maintaining the great reputation the museum has worked so hard to build. You will have the opportunity to help the Design Museum make new and lasting relationships with clients, visitors and supporters.
