Design Camp: Crochet Your Own Phone Pouch
Join a creative workshop and learn to crochet with designer Peju Obasa.
This workshop is suitable for young people at secondary school, aged 11-14 of all levels, from beginners to advanced.

Learn how to read and follow crochet patterns, practice stitches and basic sewing finishing techniques to create your own phone pouch to wear yourself or give as a gift.

Please note that all equipment, materials and light refreshments will be provided, but you must bring a packed lunch.
Facilitator
Obasa is a Womenswear designer specialising in knitwear and crochet, whose work takes influence from her vibrant Nigerian roots and old traditions in craftsmanship. The namesake womenswear and accessories label embraces printing and dyeing and tenacious knitting techniques to create innovative pieces. At the core of the brand is a conscious attitude towards sustainability and exploring materiality.
