Create and Make
Each month, and during school holidays, the Design Museum holds a drop-in activity for families inspired by the museum and its exhibitions. These informal sessions focus on light-touch design and making activities for families with children aged 5–11. Come along and become a designer!

Make your own decorations and wrapping paper to paint, print and stitch your way into the festive winter holidays.
Join mt Masking Tape and Collage Club for some festive crafting! Fashion your own Christmas crown or present topper using lashings of colourful, patterned washi tape.
Make your own puppet inspired by Walter Van Beirendonck’s puppet costumes for ‘The Magic Flute’.
Suitable for families with children aged 5-11 years.
Parents/guardians must remain with their children at all times.
