Get into Fashion Design

Design clothes that make a difference with fashion designer Bethany Williams. This three day course will be a practical introduction to sustainable fashion. Participants will work together to upcycle and create new functional garments from old or damaged items. You’ll get introduced to pattern cutting, fashion illustration and garment construction. The course will culminate on day three with a mini exhibition for family and friends at the museum. The final garments will be donated to support the Vauxhall Food Bank users and its local community.

What do the parents says?

‘Thank you all for the wonderful workshop last week which Dante really enjoyed. It was such a positive experience for him and he learnt about and gained much insight into the design process and working with different materials. All much appreciated! He will show his work from the course to his D and T teacher at school.’ - Jane, parent
