In Part 1 Jade Folawiyo and Hye-Yeon Park talk about the processes and challenges of making their final designs.

In part 2 Crane.tv visit Simon Hasan and Will Shannon at their studios for insights into the work currently on show at the museum.

To coincide with the opening of new exhibition, 'This is Design' the museum has announced two major acquisitions to its Collection: Britain’s celebrated red telephone box, donated by BT and a set of traffic lights designed by David Mellor.

The Design Museum marks Sir Terence Conran’s 80th birthday with a major exhibition that explores his unique impact on contemporary life in Britain. The Way We Live Now explores Conran’s impact and legacy, whilst also showing his design approach and inspirations.
