Design Ventura and Virtual Ventura 2011

Design Ventura is the museum's flagship design and enterprise project , generously supported by Deutsche Bank. Placing design skills in a real world context, it develops creativity and enterprise capabilities for students in years 9, 10 and 11.

The Design Ventura and Virtual Ventura competitions challenge students to create a product to be manufactured and sold in the Design Museum Shop. The top schools take part in a special awards event and exhibition at the Design Museum. The overall winning design will be announced at the Celebration Event on Tuesday 21 February 2012.

Design Ventura is supported by sessions at the Design Museum and workshops in schools, and is open to London state schools. See the Design Ventura shortlisted entries

Virtual Ventura is supported by Teacher CPD online resources, a free visit to the museum and is open to all schools nationally and internationally. See the Virtual Ventura shortlisted entries
