Join us for a creative and practical day exploring design through handling objects, exhibitions and hands-on design activities. The day aims to introduce simple ways to support primary pupils as they learn about design, and to inspire new ideas to make your D&T or Art lessons shine.

This year’s programme is packed full of creative and useful ideas. The day will include:

• hands-on workshops using our unique collection of exciting design objects
• gallery-based activities in the Museum’s inspiring contemporary exhibitions
• a chance to exchange creative ideas with other teachers.
• Practical design tips from a professional designer
