The museum offers a dynamic programme of continuing professional development opportunities for secondary Design and Technology and Art and Design Teachers and for primary Design and Technology Subject Leaders.

PRIMARY TEACHERS CPD: EVERY OBJECT TELLS A STORY
Monday 10 June, 10.30am - 4.00pm
£125 per person, including lunch
This day will use the Design Museum's unique collection of handling objects and the new permanent exhibition Extraordinary Stories about Ordinary Things to explore creative ways that primary school pupils can draw inspiration from the made world. Throughout the day we will generate rich stories inspired by the history, social impact, materials and origins of a variety of designed objects.
