CURATING CONTEMPORARY DESIGN MA

Now in its tenth year, this collaboration between Kingston University and the Design Museum has grown into one of the world’s foremost MA programmes for design curators. Through its partnerships with prestigious cultural organisations, the programme offers students the opportunity to curate live projects and build their own professional profiles. With curating briefs set by the British Council, Architecture Foundation, British Museum and the V&A, students develop their curatorial practice and build their portfolios. The programme has international collaboration at its heart, and offers students the opportunity to become part of a wider, ever growing international network of curators.

Prospective students should hold a good BA (Hons) degree in a relevant subject or have equivalent experience. Research proposals at MPhil and PHD level are welcome. For further information on the course, please contact Kingston University
